About Lauren...
Lauren Gruwell is a contemporary singer/songwriter whose music blends raw emotion with honest storytelling. Born in Germany and raised with a deep love for music, Lauren's voice carries both vulnerability and strength- whether she's performing original songs, national anthems, or spiritual ballads, she connects with the listener on an authentic level.

A seasoned studio musician and hired vocalist, Lauren has headlined major events like the KUTV Days of 47 Parade, performed the national anthem at the Utah Jazz game and a Kelly Clarkson concert, and opened for Richard Marx. Lauren was a backup singer on the "This is Jesus" tour for Michael W. Smith, Jordin Sparks, and Jordan Smith. Her music can be heard on Utah's local FM 100.3.

Her musical journey includes recording a spiritual EP (2018) with award winning producer Tyler Castleton. She also recorded a full-length country pop album (2023) with songs she wrote, in Nashville. The album (Reverie), was produced by 3X Grammy winning producer, Zach Allen. Lauren has also co-written with Shannon McArthur (producer for Dashboard confessional), and is currently in the process of recording a full length spiritual album.

Beyond the stage and studio, Lauren is a passionate suicide prevention advocate and motivational speaker. She especially loves working with youth to support their mental resiliency. Through both her music and message, she is committed to being a light in the lives of others-helping people feel seen, heard, and to know they are never alone.
