Sharing hope, love, and light through song

Initially, I was a singer first. I gained the nickname of "lala" before I turned one, because my parents said that I was singing before I could talk. I dedicated thousands of hours to the betterment of my instrument through vocal training and rigerous practice. Songwriting came as a solution to the biggest trauma of my life: the loss of my brother Jordan to suicide. He died by a gunshot wound to the heart. I was 12 years old. That day, my childhood ended. It was also the beginning of a journey for me. A journey where music quite literally saved my life and pulled me out of the darkness. I began writing music after his death, as a way to process and heal. I have since written countless songs, in many genres. I hope you can find something that speaks to your soul. These songs are an extension of my diary, and lived experiences. It feels both vulnerable and empowering to share these with you. You can listen to these songs anywhere you stream music.

My Mission

I want you to KNOW that you mattter. You are loved. You have a PURPOSE for being here. We all have those songs that serve as the soundtrack to a year, a month, even a moment in our lives. I have too many songs to count, that carried me through different eras of my life. I REALLY hope that the art i create, can bring you peace. I hope it can bring you closer to knowing how much you matter. I hope it can spread light and love and all things GOOD. Art is meant to be shared. I hope you enjoy this art that i've created. I promise to continue to strive to make art that helps YOU find yourself inside of it, and that helps make the world a more beautiflu place.

Wow! This song is MY story about my my brother's mental health battles and eventual death by suicide. This one is heavy and raw and i'm SO grateful I could bring it to life and shed HOPE on these hard issues.
